Welcome to the SEM PTSA

Welcome to the Parent Teacher Student Association site for the School of Science and Engineering at Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center. This site is run by the PTSA to keep SEM parents, teachers, and students connected and informed — meeting news, ways to pitch in, and everything else worth knowing lives here.

If your student is new to SEM this year, a particularly warm welcome to you. Starting at a magnet school means a lot of new names, new routines, and new questions arriving all at once, and helping families through exactly that is a big part of why the PTSA exists. Joining is the simplest first step — it connects you with other SEM families, keeps you in the loop on what's happening, and opens up as many or as few ways to get involved as your schedule allows.
